I needed 2.5 inch drives and trays for  R730xd and ordered the wrong size.  As a return customer, I was offered the courtesy to get an advance replacement shipped out to me before needing to return the wrong drives.  This perhaps saved me at least 2-3 days of critical  down-time. Very pleased with the recognition  and support they provided.
