Yobitech accepts secure online order payments from customers residing in the United States, Canada and APO/FPO addresses.
Our online system is not setup to process International Orders other than Canada.

How Can I Pay?
We apologize, but we cannot accept any international credit cards.
There are two methods of payment for International Orders:
Wire Transfer - T/T All Orders plus $35.00 USD feePaypal Orders less than $500.00 USD
For orders that are $500.00 USD or less, we can accept Paypal.
If you do not have Paypal, click here to setup a free account.
All orders can be paid via Telex Transfer (T/T) or Wire Transfer.
For orders to be paid via wire transfer, an additional $35.00 USD will be added to the order to cover bank fees.
We will provide you Wiring instructions upon confirmation of an order.
Please include the Yobitech order number when you are transmitting the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
We can only ship to our International customers using their own UPS or FedEx shipping account.
If you do not have a UPS or FedEx account, International orders can be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International.
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value, and destination.
Once we receive payment, we will process the order within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time will vary depending on the choice of carrier and method of service.
We ship only to approved countries on the US Export Control List.
Customs, Duties, Charges, Tariffs
International customers are responsible for any customs and/or other fees that may be levied on merchandise once it arrives in your home country/region.
Yobitech is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur.
Customs charges can vary widely from one country/region to another.
If you are unsure, you should contact the customs agency in your country/region to find out if the items you are purchasing will be subjected to customs or other fees prior to submitting an order with us.
All international sales are final - we do not accept any returns for international orders unless the item is defective.
Our standard return policy does not apply to international orders.
Defective Items and Warranty
If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement only after a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is received.
We will send out a replacement when we receive the defective merchandise.
Return shipping costs including all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
As your privacy is important to us, we strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
Yobitech reserves the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
The responsibility for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country is solely that of the customer.
