A Stocking Company Unlike our competitors, we carry in-house stock on almost all the products we list. By being a stocking company we are able to reduce our cost by buying products in volume. As a result, we can pass along the savings to our customers. On items that are not in stock, Yobitech will use affiliated vendors to help expedite our customers orders and prevent delays. We will never place your order on back-order or leave it unshipped without contacting you or first asking for your permission. Industry Best Warranties We offer the industry's best warranty on our hard drives. While most suppliers give 30-90 Day warranties, nearly all our products carry either a 1 Year or 3 Year warranty against failure. We stand by our product and we have earned the trust of thousands of satisfied customers. Tracking Information We understand the need for our customers to know where their product is and when it will be delivered. At Yobitech, real-time tracking information will be sent via email on products shipped directly from our warehouses and tracking from any shipments shipped directly from our affiliated vendors will be sent within 24 hours. Discontinued Parts Although Yobitech's primary business is selling new retail parts, we have recognized our customer's need and demand for used, pulls, or refurbished parts. We understand a customer's need to source that hard to find EOL (end-of-life) or discontinued part that is no longer available from the manufacturer. We also realize that many customers often want a less expensive solution to fulfill their storage and networking needs. Our customers can have confidence that all non-new-retail parts sold through Yobitech are technician tested and are in resalable condition. Quality Control All products shipped from Yobitech go through stringent inspections for quality. All new factory sealed products are checked to ensure they are in excellent condition and all used/pulled products are technician tested. All orders are professionally packaged. Blind Drop Shipments We understand that many customers' need for blind drop shipments directly to their end-users. At Yobitech, not only will we help you to blind drop ship, but we will assist you in any special request that you have, such as placing your own packing slips or invoices into specified shipments. Credit Card Payments At Yobitech, you have our guarantee that we never charge your credit card until your product ships. Unlike many websites that charge your credit card at the time you submit your order, Yobitech will only charge your card once we are 100% sure your order has shipped out that same day. Only on special-ordered items in which we need to pre-order from the manufacturer will we authorize a charge on your card before shipping.
