    Standard Dell SKU for 14TB 7.2K SAS drive and tray for 14th Generation PowerEdge servers (assembled 14G trays are not backwards compatible with earlier generation PE servers) Trays are 3.5 inch form factor for installation into 3.5 inch drive bays.

    We placed an order for this part, but was curious why another model number was on the label. The helpful  young Ms. at their company helped explain that 400-BEII was a master SKU part number marketed by Dell and is never published on the label itself.  A quick reference to our R740's service-tag confirmed that.

    I have been dealing with a dedicated Yobitech account manager and her team for the past few years.  Support is great. My request for formal quotations are usually completed same day or even often within the hour.  Definitely  would recommend because they help streamline the process compared to other vendors
