- All our products go through a stringent warehouse QC check before we ship. Yet, as we all know, situations do occur and not every hard drive is the perfect fit. Whether it be a defective hard drive or a non-compatible hard drive, or simply a wrong product ordered, we will honor any cross-ships or advance replacements requested from our PMP customer.
- We realize the time factor and delay involved to send us back the drive first before the replacement ships. We do not want any opportunities lost for our customers. Only because of our large inventory of hard drives are we are able to offer this service....we know what our customers need.

- We truly appreciate your return business. As of July 1st 2014, Yobitech will/has initiated our MyReward Program to earn points to be redeemable towards popular gift cards. That is, any order placed after July 1st will have points accumulated to their account. Nevertheless, as a PMP customer who has supported us throughout, we do not want you to be left out.....it is unfair to not show our appreciation for your continual support and business. As a PMP customer, your points will be retroactive with any purchases made on January 1st 2014 onward and will be added to your account for redemption.
