Standard Dell SKU for 16TB 7.2K SAS drive and tray for 14th Generation PowerEdge servers (assembled 14G trays are not backwards compatible with earlier generation PE servers) Trays are 3.5 inch form factor for installation into 3.5 inch drive bays.

Our school doesn't have a FedEx or UPS shipping account, but they were able to quote us a landed shipping cost. Friendly and competent service .

    5 of 5 needed to return a drive Monday, April 24, 2023
    Reviewer: anonymous from FL
Our client ordered the wrong drive and we needed to return it for the one that would work in a MD Storage. However, our client is in South America and it took 2-3 weeks for them to send back the original drives. Yobitech was gracious enough to extend the due date for our RMA request and in due time all worked out.

5 of 5 Well trained staff - Knows their stuff Tuesday, June 16, 2020

Yobitech's support staff has always provided me efficient and professional service. On more than one occasion, they had corrected me and pointed out a particular model I chose would not work with my client's server.  Honestly, who does that anymore, but  except to rush and complete the sale.  They definitely know their stuff
