Order 3.5 inch and needed 2.5 inch April 22, 2023 Reviewer: anonymous - bnl.gov from Upton, NY   I needed 2.5 inch drives and trays for  R730xd and ordered the wrong size.  As a return customer, I was offered the courtesy to get an advance replacement shipped out to me before needing to return the wrong drives.  This perhaps saved me at least 2-3 days of critical  down-time.
